Savage Inlet is the original music project of songwriter Michael Evangelista, based in Titusville on Florida's Space Coast. The sound is rooted in blues, country, and the kind of songs that come together in living rooms, on porches, and at late-night jams with friends who've been playing for decades.
Songs start as rough sketches and get worked out live. Sometimes solo, sometimes with a rotating crew of seasoned players who bring their own feel to every session. The emphasis is always on the song itself: real lyrics, real playing, real performances captured in the moment.
